Fence Installation Foreman
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Fence Installer / Crew Foreman to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in fence installation who takes pride in quality workmanship and job site efficiency. The right candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience, including foreman-level responsibility, installing wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental aluminum fencing.
You’ll lead installations from start to finish, supervise a small crew, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install a variety of fencing types, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental aluminum
- Read and interpret work orders and project specifications
- Lead and manage installation projects from start to completion
- Supervise and support one crew member, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship
- Perform quality control checks to maintain company standards
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets customer expectations
- Maintain a safe job site by following OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding project progress, changes, or concerns
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 years of fence installation experience, including foreman or leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and work as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Dependable, reliable, and safety-focused
Requirements
- Ability to lift 80–100+ pounds consistently
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a Medical Card (CDL not required)
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Yard Operations & Fabrication Technician
We’re currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Yard Operations & Fabrication Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a supportive team environment.
Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential. Experience in fencing or carpentry is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
Requirements:
- Ability to consistently lift 75+ pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the yard and shop
- Receive and stock incoming materials
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, drill presses, post toppers, and hand tools
- Track and count inventory accurately
- Assist customers with order fulfillment
- Build fence panels and gates for installations and sales orders
- Keep outdoor displays neat and presentable
- Follow all company and safety regulations
